GAEILGE

Gaeilge is taught in our school using the new Abair Liom programme.  We use a whole-school approach to the teaching of oral language using the ‘caint na maidine’.  In 2022 we introduced a brand new leveled Irish reading scheme.  Pupils learn Irish through games and fun activities which inspire and motivate them.  The school participates in Seachtain na Gaeilge every year where the children perform Irish songs, dance and music.
